Description of Tool Usage:
The F72917-19 hydraulic electric motor driven pump (EMDP), ground fault
protection system, test console is used on all 737-300/-400/-500/-600/-700/-
800/-900 aircraft. The test console is used to test the system “A” and “B”
EMDP, ground fault protection system. The test console is connected to the
aircraft electrical system in place of the EMDP and is then used to test the
aircraft ground fault protection system. The test console also works on the
737-100/-200 for the system ‘‘B’’ only.
F72917-19 supercedes the F72917-1, per the tool drawing the -1 can be
reworked into the -19
